Blazon: Gules, two men regardant Or, statant in a boat Or floating on waves Azure and Argent, dexter, man raising the othhand with two fingers stretched, sinister, man holding the rudder, in chief a nettle leaf of Holstein Argent.
Deutsch: Wappen der Stadt Neustadt in Holstein im Kreis Ostholstein, Schleswig-Holstein.
Blasonierung: In Rot ein aus blauem Wellenschildfuß mit silbernen Wellenfäden wachsendes goldenes Boot mit zwei zugewandten goldenen Männern, der rechte die Schwurhand mit ausgestreckten Fingern hebend, der linke beidhändig das Steuer führend, oberhalb begleitet vom silbernen holsteinischen Nesselblatt.
